prospective Sellers. Our fees are the always the responsibility
of the Buyer.

Listing Fees,
although nominal, are charged in order to discourage
non-serious buyers. Listing Fees are for a one-year period
effective from the date of posting. Buyers will be sent an
invoice by email and the listing will only be effective and
posted to this website upon payment:

in up to 5 categories (either
geographic regions or industry services). We offer you the flexibility to change
or amend your postings as and when wanted at no
additional charge. Valid for a 1-year term. |

PLUS

Success Fees
are charged in the event of a successful merger or
acquisition, Trans-Buyer.com will be entitled to a success
fee of 1% of the Purchase Price that is payable upon
closing and will exclude the market-value price paid for any
real-estate purchased (if applicable). You will be asked at sign an agreement accepting
our Success Fees on a case-by-case basis prior to
information concerning prospective Sellers being release to
